To enable customers to utilize the software for training and evaluation purposes.
Are there any software use terms and conditions customers need to follow?
Yes. This software is fully licensed and this allows for home and business use of this software that does not expire.
Is the software time-bombed?
No.
What software is being distributed with the courseware?
This software will come in DVD format, will include 1 CAL and is identical to the retail version of the software – just with different packaging.

What languages are included?
The software is currently available in English only.
Is the software free for me and to the customer?
Yes. Both are requirements of the program.
Can I distribute the software with courses other than those designated?
No, you may only distribute the software with the designated courses.
What if a customer attends the same class twice? Do they get another copy of the software?
Microsoft has selected the courses to limit the chances of a customer attending twice. A customer can only receive another copy of the software if they pay both times for class attendance.
Can I resell this software?
No
What happens if this software is resold?
Microsoft will investigate and take proper action depending on the circumstances.
What are the campaign dates?
The campaign starts December 10, 2008 and ends June 30, 2009 (while supplies last).
