1Staff Training & Our Company History:
1Staff Training & Development, was founded in 1996 by Lori and Marty Vanderheiden. Prior to starting 1Staff, Lori had been a private career school director and
Marty was a successful field manager in the computer software and hardware industry. They decided to use the industry knowledge they had developed over the
years and combine their efforts to form 1Staff Training. They both felt that they could create a company that would better serve the client and their needs by providing individualized attention and premiere training services. In January 2000, 1Staff began its first class with one student in Java Essentials. Since that time, 1Staff has educated over 20,000 students, primarily through corporate contracts, and the student population continues to grow. 1Staff enjoys excellent relationships with key business leaders in the Omaha area, such as Union Pacific, Mutual of Omaha, ConAgra, and West Corporation, to name a few. 1Staff became and remains today a premiere training company with top-notch instructors and a dedicated team of employees all sharing the common goal of providing exceptional service to each and every client.
