Program Description:
This course is designed for individuals who already have a good working knowledge of computer hardware systems and desire a certification in network technologies.  A CompTIA A+ Certification or equivalent knowledge is desirable before taking this course.  The Network+ course will prepare you to take the Network+ certification exam.  The Network+ course covers areas of networking technologies and the concepts of network design and implementation.  In addition, it covers troubleshooting concepts and how-tos.  While completion of this course does not necessarily lead to specific employment opportunities, the skills and knowledge obtain should enhance employment opportunities.  At the end of this course students will have the knowledge and skills necessary to pass the CompTIA Network+ Exam.  Upon successful completion of all requirements, students are awarded a certificate of completion.
